Frequently Asked Questions

• How do I download my Order Items CSV file?

  1. Login to Etsy Sellers - Shop Manager.
  2. In the menu on the left side, click on Settings.
  3. Then click on Options.
  4. In the menu header, click on Download Data.
  5. Go to the Orders section:
     1. Where it says “What type of CSV file would you like to download?”, select Order Items from the dropdown menu.
     2. Then select the month and year from the dropdown menus.
  6. Click Download CSV.

  A message will pop up at the top in green stating:"We're generating your download and will email you a link to it when it's ready."
  
  Check your email associated with your Etsy account. Look for an email from Etsy (Payments Team). Open the email and click the Download Now button. It should download the CSV file to your downloads folder or desktop on your computer.

  You will need this file to upload in your account on Your Sales Data.

• How do I download my Reviews JSON file?

  1. Login to Etsy Sellers - Shop Manager.
  2. In the menu on the left side, click on Settings.
  3. Then click on Options.
  4. In the menu header, click on Download Data.
  5. Go to the Take your data with you section:
     1. Where it says “Download Your Reviews”:
        1. Select the page number of reviews from the dropdown menu to the right.
  6. Then click Download Your Reviews.
     1. If you have multiple pages of reviews, you will need to repeat this process for each page.

  It should download the JSON file to your downloads folder or desktop on your computer.

  You will need this file to upload in your account on Your Sales Data.
